Held Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m.

Led by Brayden Weninger, CSWI, DBT Therapist

Wednesdays at 5:30 – 6:30 p.m

Led by Rachel Squires, CSWI

Developed in the late 1980s by Marsha Linehan, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) teaches tangible skills for creating a life worth living – whatever that may mean to you. Linehan found that there are four aspects of life that are necessary to prioritize. Following the Linehan model, our clinical experts teach these four DBT skill sets: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

*Thrive’s DBT support groups are open to clients who have a referral from their Thrive therapist
