Itzel Granados Dominguez
Client Experience Specialist
Itzel Granados Dominguez attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned bachelor’s degrees in research psychology and Spanish as well as a minor in Center for the Application of Substance Abuse Technologies (CASAT). Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in marriage, family, and couples therapy. In addition to her educational experience, she has worked in the mental health care field for many years, serving as a patient safety assistant as well as working at a nonprofit dedicated to caring for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
As a client experience specialist at Thrive Wellness, Itzel finds great fulfillment in warmly welcoming clients and guiding them to find the care they need. She strives to create a safe space for existing and new clients to seek support for better well-being at any point along their journey.
In her spare time, Itzel enjoys making music playlists for every season, spending time with loved ones, and trying new things (from foods to activities).
