Client Care Coordinator

Karah English attended the University of Nevada, Reno where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations and affairs as well as a master’s degree in secondary education. She spent almost a decade teaching children of nearly every age from kindergarten to 12th grade in the Washoe County School District. After having children of her own and discovering Thrive Wellness Reno’s “It Takes A Village” Day Program for perinatal mental health, Karah was inspired to change her career. She joined Thrive as a compassionate case manager for the prenatal mood and anxiety disorder (PMAD) program where she enjoys supporting others as they navigate parenthood. These days, she enjoys serving clients of all kinds as a client care coordinator.
