As a therapist at Thrive, Maria supports children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and related triggers, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and life transitions. She applies a psychodynamic or humanistic approach to therapy with an emphasis on attachment, mindfulness, values, and acceptance. Maria believes everyone deserves the support they need to flourish and strives to collaborate with clients to help them do just that. With authenticity and compassion, she provides objective insight to help those in her care to develop the confidence and skills they need to overcome their challenges and thrive.

Maria loves to do glass fusion and walk in the hills and mountains with her dog by her side in her spare time. She also aspires to explore Qigong.
