Amy Echard

Director of Utilization Review

Amy Echard has over six years of experience in administrative leadership for eating disorder treatment programs. After obtaining her certification in medical assisting and working in orthopedics for six years, Amy set out in search of more diverse training, which led her to work as a resident assistant at the Center for Hope of the Sierras. She was promoted to program coordinator for all levels of care. She oversaw the other resident assistant staff, provided supervision and guidance to staff and clients and facilitated other critical components of program development and maintenance. Amy now serves as the Director of Intake and Utilization review, as well as program coordinator at Thrive and continues to oversee important aspects of program development, accreditation and growth for this new and flourishing agency.
