Tira Price

LMSW, CSW-Intern

Tira Price, LMSW, CSW-Intern is a member of the outpatient therapy team. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno. During her graduate program, Tira completed her internship with the Behavioral Health Department at Renown Regional Medical Center, where she developed strong skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Tira has experience working with a diverse range of clients and treating various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, suicidal ideation, and personality disorders. In addition, she brings over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Tira’s therapeutic approach centers on empowering clients to heal from past trauma, foster personal growth, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Outside of her professional work, Tira enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with loved ones, hiking, and paddle boarding.
