Caroline Adams-Breland

MFT-Intern

Caroline is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s most challenging moments. She understands that beginning therapy takes courage and that the first steps can feel uncertain or overwhelming. Caroline considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they explore meaningful change and reconnect with their inner strengths.

Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients work through a broad range of concerns including family dynamics, marital and relationship issues, childhood struggles, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, gender identity exploration, anger management, and life transitions.

Caroline is particularly attuned to the power of personal and relational narratives. She believes the stories we tell ourselves—and those told about us—shape our sense of identity and influence how we connect with the world. In therapy, she supports clients in gently examining and reframing these narratives, fostering growth and alignment with their values and goals.

She is honored to accompany each client on their path toward healing, clarity, and meaningful transformation.
