Among other approaches, Dr. Treacy applies neuroscience of perspective and reframing, mindfulness, and breathwork as well as written word, poetry, and music to promote health and wellness.

When she isn’t supporting clients or generously donating her time, Dr. Treacy enjoys being with her family — especially her three children and five pets. She loves to get outdoors to garden and take advantage of Northern Nevada’s four seasons and high-desert highlights.
